2. Scope of Services
Business, sales, and marketing software platform
CRM, calendar, automation tools, communities, courses, and client support
AI add-ons and in-app purchases
Done-for-You Services (through SOAD Masters Inc.): website and funnel development, platform setup, business automation setup, and coaching/consulting
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
Billing: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans, plus in-app purchases, add-ons, and development services.
Free Trials: 7–14 day free trials may be available depending on current promotions.
Refund Policy: No refunds for subscription payments or development services.
Late Payments: Development projects will be suspended until payment is received. If delays occur and expedited completion is requested, an additional fee will be charged.
4. User Accounts & Access
All users must create an account to access the platform.
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or terminated for misuse, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
Refund Policy: No refunds for subscription payments or development services.
5. Intellectual Property
MetaKonnects retains ownership of all platform software, tools, and proprietary content.
Users may export their data before cancellation.
Users may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform or its content.
6. Client Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use the platform legally and ethically.
Refrain from illegal use, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
Maintain the confidentiality of their login information.
Take responsibility for actions performed within their account.
7. Data Privacy & Security (Updated)
MetaKonnects is committed to safeguarding your data with industry-leading security and compliance standards.
We collect and process user data to deliver and improve our services in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We implement robust security measures including encryption, secure access controls, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed our Security and Compliance Overview as part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
MetaKonnects is not liable for downtime, lost data, missed revenue, or indirect damages.
Results are dependent on the client’s willingness to act and implement provided tools and strategies. Satisfaction is guaranteed only under this condition.
9. Termination Policy
Clients may cancel at any time; however, no refunds are issued for payments already made.
Upon cancellation, users must download their data.
Accounts will be suspended immediately after cancellation.
Clients may request custom offboarding for $300, which includes a compiled data export delivered via email.
Accounts will be permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to court.
11. Additional Clauses
Non-Disparagement: Clients may not publicly make false or defamatory statements about MetaKonnects.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).
Updates to Terms: MetaKonnects reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions with notice to users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Showcasing Client Success: With the client’s permission, MetaKonnects may showcase client success stories or results for marketing purposes.
